Oh, is this James Kitching, the man that helped so many people back in the days with their Get Real paintball guns (TS1, AT85)?

instrumental in my success. Had it not been for you and your encouragement and persistence I probably would have never gotten started in the tuning business. It's because of you that it is what it is today as well as the "CharlieDaTuna" website. Thanks once again for not only everything you have done for me, but also for all that you have done and provided for the airgun community.

We in the airgunning world owe James so much. If not for his freely giving of the Yellow Forum. Allot of us would never have met. One thing is for sure Autumn Airgun Fun, Airgunstock and all of the airguns shows, would not be as big as they are. The Yellow Forum was, has been and hopefully forever be are rally point. This year Autumn Airgun Fun will be held in James memorey. Sleep well sweet prince.

To the Kitching family, I truly can't tell you how greatful I am for knowing James through the forum. He came to us and filled a nitch with the exit of the AGL. I came upon the AGL about6 mos. before it's closing. James the standup guy that he is created the AirGun Forum overnight and with what appeared to be a snap of the fingers bingo we've seen the birth of the premier airgun forum. I've met and conversed with some exceptional people, James being one of them. Thank you for sharing him with me/us. I'm a better person and so are so many of the other guys, because of James and his forum. He will always be in our hearts and thoughts. God bless you all and may your hearts be filled with thoughts of what James has shared with you.

I got my first airgun from James, that little QB and his forum got me started on what will be a lifelong passion. To say he had an impact on my life would be an understatement.
We owe him a lot/ Robert Ballantyne
James did so much for so many and asked very little in return. In all the times I talked with him on the telephone he never hinted at the suffering he was undergoing. His was a dear voice on the other end of the line, and it was a shock to learn tonight that he was gone.
My condolences to the family. We have all lost a good man too soon. Close

James's death is a Tragedy.
I last saw James about two years ago. Jimmy was fresh out of re-hab and James had welcomed him in. We went out to the farm and were shooting his AK-47, w/ grouping of 3" @ 100 yds. It was as a beautiful Spring Day. Everything was in place and we had a damn good time.
He was happy. Just married to Wanda (his high school sweethart). And,it was the first time I had seen him in years. We talked bullshit - ballistics and trajectory's.
I've known James since 1981 and I can't imagine him gone.

in comments on my journal. He suffered from fibromyalgia as I do, and we were on the same trial medication for it. I have never been very good at responding to those who respond to me in my efforts at writing... I wish now I had responded more clearly and more frequently to those times he reached out to me there.
I know what it's like to suffer through this condition, and how it feels at its lowest lows. I only hope that James is living free of fibromyalgia pain now, with his Father. For having been strong enough to make it this far, he is certainly deserving.
Rest in peace, finally, James. I wish I could have been of some help to you... you certainly were some help to me. Close
